find your way around

ready to tell your story?

Regardless of the season that you're in, and whether your babies are big, small or furry, this time in your life deserves to be captured by something other than your iPhone. Family sessions were born from past wedding couples asking us to document their growing families and now we just can't get enough!

We love creating photos to remind families that in spite of the fact that the car of their floor is covered in cereal, their laundry room looks like an episode of hoarders and mom and dad are in a permanent state of exhaustion, their love and their story are beautiful.

So let's plan a day, pick a location that is meaningful to you and create a slew of images that will fill up the frames your walls for years to come.

kind words from past clients

Whether you’ve already decided I’m the photographer for you or you’ve got a few lingering questions, let's chat! I can’t wait to learn about your family, and start planning the best possible way to document your milestones. Simply send your inquiry, and I’ll be back in touch in 48 hours or less!

If there is anything I relate with the most, it IS having a wild child. Mine is all over the place, or not smiling, or simply just trying to boss us around. I get it. Relax! Let their personalities shine and let's make this a playful experience.

I promise you that 100% of the families I photograph have this fear and we roll with the punches at each session. Let's chat about your worries and I'll give you all the tips to achieve an incredible session!

My kids are wild. How will this affect our session?

As a mother myself,  I stress about our wardrobe for every session. Do I wear a dress? Keep it casual? What does my son wear?

We can discuss your vision and location, and go from there! I will provide each family with a unique link to help coordinate wardrobes for each family member.

Pick a color scheme and coordinate from there. Avoid matching - because it's not 1998 anymore - choose colors that compliment one another!

What should we wear?

As soon as you know that you want to schedule a session! Don't wait until the last minute. Having more time to plan is key. Regular family sessions usually plan around 2 months in advance, while I highly recommend maternity and newborn clients to book early in their 2nd trimester.

How far in advance should we book?

The forecast here in Georgia can be TRICKY! We all know that, right?

If your session location is outdoors, we will take a peek at the forecast a few days prior and make any official calls to reschedule your session to a different date!

What do we do if it rains? Do we schedule another date?
