It was a gorgeous spring day for Andrea and Brad’s The Estate Atlanta wedding, and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting to capture their special moments.
These two were high school sweethearts and have been together for eleven years. Even though they were long-distance during their college years, they made it work, and now they are a married couple! They love grabbing tacos and margaritas at La Hacienda, and they’ve adopted a precious dog.

The day began with Andrea getting ready, surrounded by the warmth and love of her family. Her niece, who adores her, stood by her side as we buttoned up her wedding dress, making the moment particularly sweet. This intimate moment between Andrea and her family set a heartfelt tone for the rest of the day. Andrea had a reveal for her honorary bridesmaids as soon as she was ready. Their reactions were so fun and genuine.
Brad and Andrea decided to see each other before the ceremony, sharing a private first look. These two’s playful energy is contagious and makes for such fun wedding photos. The Estate Atlanta is one of my favorite wedding venues, and whenever I photograph a wedding here, I always find the dreamiest spots for photos. The historic mansion’s lush grounds, beautiful gardens, and lovely fountain provided a stunning backdrop for their portraits.
Their wedding party consisted solely of family members, with brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews filling the roles of bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girl, and ring bearers. As a result, the celebration felt extremely meaningful. Brad and Andrea also included honorary bridesmaids and groomsmen in some of the wedding portraits, ensuring their friends felt included, too.
The Estate Atlanta hosted the wedding ceremony in the courtyard, and the weather was perfect. Different-sized pedestals with floral arrangements adorned the top, and beautiful blooms lined the aisle. It added to the natural beauty of the location. Despite sharing a first look, Brad still got emotional as Andrea walked down the aisle with her parents. It’s a common misconception that a first look will diminish the emotions at the aisle, but Brad’s reaction proved otherwise. Their ceremony was lovely, and the flower girl and ring bearers were adorable.
The reception space was decorated beautifully, exuding a romantic ambiance. Tapered candles, stunning floral centerpieces, and crystal chandeliers set the scene for a fun evening. One of the highlights of The Estate Atlanta wedding reception was Brad and his mom’s dance. They started with a slow, traditional dance but then surprised everyone by breaking out into fun, energetic dance moves. Everyone cheered and laughed along.
The band got the party started and kept it going all night long. The honorary groomsmen especially had a blast, showing off their dance moves and keeping the energy high. A standout moment was the appearance of Waffle House for a late-night snack. It was a huge hit, and I firmly believe every wedding should provide late-night snacks because they are always crowd pleasers. And who doesn’t love Waffle House?
As the night drew to a close, guests lined up outside the venue, ready to send off the newlyweds. They threw rice in the air as Brad and Andrea exited The Estate Atlanta, marking the end of a beautiful day.
The Estate Atlanta wedding day for these two was such a joy to be a part of. Congratulations to Andrea and Brad; here’s to a lifetime filled with love and endless laughs together!
