Meeting the Guthmann family was such a wonderful experience. The Guthmanns decided to keep the gender of their baby a surprise until birth, which made everything even more exciting. I was privileged to capture this special moment in their lives as an in-home newborn photographer.

With four amazing older siblings who absolutely adore baby Micah, they definitely had a full house (of love!) Our session lasted a bit longer than usual because it took some time for Micah to calm down and get comfortable, but that’s completely normal for newborn sessions.

As an Alpharetta portrait photographer and newborn photographer based in Atlanta, I love being able to capture these precious moments for families. There’s something truly magical about photographing a new baby in the comfort of their own home. It allows for a more relaxed and intimate atmosphere, which always results in authentic imagery.

I feel incredibly lucky to have been a part of the Guthmanns’ journey and to have witnessed the love and joy that surrounds baby Micah. These images will forever hold the memories of this special time in their lives, and I am honored to have captured them.
